For almost 25 years, Thad has used his passions for finance and helping others to make a difference in the lives of his clients. His wealth management approach integrates his clients’ objectives into a customized plan that is updated as life changes occur. This plan-based approach helps ensure his clients are on track with clearly defined goals and review their plan’s progress. Thad also works with his clients’ other professional advisors to assess the individual situation and make recommendations designed to meet their goals.
In 2000, Thad graduated from California State University, Stanislaus, with a degree in business administration and finance. He immediately started his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in its Modesto office. He moved to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2003. In 2013, Thad earned the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ designation from the College for Financial Planning. In 2018, Thad joined Raymond James, where he pursued and earned the CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) certification from the CFP Board.
Thad places great importance on remaining active in his community through volunteer work. He is currently a deacon at Calvary Reformed Church. He also volunteers on the finance committee for Calvary Reformed Church, on the board of directors for Spring Creek Golf and Country Club, and the finance committee for the Modesto Gospel Mission. Combining his love of golf with his passion for serving others, Thad has sponsored and participated in multiple charity golf tournaments over the years. He has also been a guest speaker at both the Stanislaus Sheriff’s Department training academy and at a local support group. He also helps coordinate the monthly men’s breakfast meeting at Calvary Reformed Church.
Away from the office, Thad enjoys playing golf, scuba diving, travelling with his wife and two daughters and spending time at the barn where both daughters ride horses. Thad and his family make their home in Ripon, are members at Spring Creek Golf and Country Club and are members Calvary Reformed Church.
